Holy crap Neff that was actually pretty cool to see in the MD-80. Until the hard landing though! That’s OK, McDonnell Douglas nearly did the same thing to the prototype when they snapped the aft fuselage off and drug it down the runway in a heavy sink rate landing during testing.
